Bio:
Gerrard is a young handsome cleric that has a love for life and his Goddess. During a routine blessing of a new-born child at Lord Fallain’s Estate, he was propositioned by the Lord’s youngest wife. She was dissatisfied with her portly husband and tried to seduce Gerrard. Gerrard used all of his willpower not to ravish the young Duchess. The Duchess, scorned, made it appear as if she had been raped and blamed Gerrard. Gerrard was taken into custody and thrown into the dungeon awaiting execution. When the high priest got word of the accusation, he immediately went to the Duke’s castle and demanded to see Gerrard. The truth was plain to the high priest immediately when he cast a discern lies spell and questioned Gerrard. Quain demanded Gerrard’s release and was granted his wish on one condition, that Gerrard be banished from the land. High Priest Quain reluctantly accepted the decision and when he had to appoint a cleric to the Queen’s expedition he chose Gerrard, told him he was being punished by the goddess for not being fully pure of heart, and bid him farewell on his journey, but Quain knew if he didn’t Duke Fallain would have had Gerrard killed. Gerrard’s longtime friend and companion Belazar Torg decided to follow Gerrard on his mission for he has his own reasons for leaving town.
